The angels are mentally attacking the humans. Follow these methods for guarding yourself against the torments of the angels, for protecting yourselves against the direct psychological abuses of the angels upon the humans. What they're doing is forcing upon us downtroddenness, extreme mental stress as a way to prevent us from living. Using these methods helps us to feel better so we can live somewhat a normal and peaceful life.

1. Keep away the Reptilians as much as possible. (1. Do not eat corrupt foods. If you consume corrupt foods, Reptilian forms will inhabit you and make you commit acts of evil, even murder. Reptilians are cannibals. Cannibalism is evil; it’s detestable to God. Angels inhabit Reptilian forms, and together they inhabit humans to corrupt them and also others around them, such as with murder. Those who have consumed corrupt foods get inhabited by them and are used to commit acts of evil and/or self-destruction, such as to harm oneself and even to murder. Please understand this is serious. Do not consume corrupt foods. See the Bluesky page “ExodusTravelsNMT” for what “corrupt foods” are; link is posted at the end of this page. I’ll post officially about corrupt foods on this blog another time. Basically, most processed foods are corrupted foods, containing human substances and/or other toxins, including those that are hallucinogenic. This includes cookies, chips, crackers, candies, donuts, cakes, pies, and other bakery items; soda, ice cream, and other frozen desserts; pre-packaged dinner meals, frozen snack foods, bread, bread products (bagels, dinner rolls, tortillas, hamburger buns, etc.), Nutella, peanut butter, mayonnaise, ketchup, sauces, and other condiments; seasonings, and most other processed foods. With Nutella and a few other companies, it’s the plant they’re using, not the brand itself. The plants are corrupted. Do not eat Hershey bars at all. With Hershey, it’s the plant, not the company. That applies to all other processed candy bars; they tend to use the same plants. Other companies are directly corrupting their products. Purchase only organic milk and dairy products that are approved by God. You must ask God before purchasing any foods at all, just to be on the safe side. Even the recent pesticides on some natural foods are hallucinogenic. Reptilians inhabit when some pesticides are consumed, even from consuming natural foods. Deli meat these days is usually either part or completely human meat, especially those in the packages. I’m sorry; that’s the reality of it. You can ask God to confirm it. Most restaurants are serving corrupt foods, including pizza delivery companies. Fast food restaurants and other restaurants are serving human meat and other dishes containing human substances; many of them have sold out. Some just use ingredients sent to them from some company, not caring what exactly is in the ingredients. It’s usually human substances added to the ingredients. Ask God before eating at any restaurant. Forget fast food restaurants altogether. They’re the worst. We must ask God before purchasing any foods at all. Please understand, this is crucial. The angels and Reptilians are trying to force cannibalism onto the human population, through the foods at the grocery stores and restaurants, especially the fast food restaurants. They’re forcing cannibalism so they can overtake the humans. Therefore, do not consume corrupt foods. Much has already been posted on social media about corrupt foods, but the information was removed (by Mastodon; the entire account removed). You can still find it on the Bluesky account. Scroll and read the posts as you’re supposed to (you’re supposed to read all the posts). You’ll find it soon enough. Be sure to take screencaptures upon reading it. You should also print it and store it safely, so you don’t lose it. It’s crucial information. You can also ask God (Jesus). He’ll let you know. You can shop at Trader Joe’s. That’s an approved store, and most of the products there are approved. You still must ask God before purchasing just to be sure. Some products at ALDI are also approved. Do not shop at Whole Foods Market. It’s owned by the Reptilians, and most of their products are corrupted. For other stores, ask God before purchasing from there. We must always ask God before purchasing any food products. Just consuming foods without knowing for sure causes problems, guaranteed to get inhabited. Be sure to ask God first before purchasing any food products, and also before purchasing any skincare and hair care products because they’re corrupting those also. Making your own food at home and also your own skincare and hair care products is best, but there are a few approved brands and products. Just be sure to ask God first before purchasing (even before consuming food at a relative or friend’s house). Watkins products are approved, and so are Bob’s Red Mill products. Just be sure to ask God every time before purchasing even the already-approved brands’ products. 2. Do not do witchcraft at all. If you do, they will overtake you. Do not ask the angels for any favors at all. If you ask them for favors, they'll require you work with them, and that means selling your spirit so they can use it in however way they want to, for corrupting you and also others. They also require witches to consume corrupt foods, a guarantee of being overtaken. Doing witchcraft/selling one's spirit, people go to Hell for that. Some go to Hell and then perish. Repent and ask God for forgiveness, if you've done any of that. You can research about it at GotQuestions.org. 3. Wear metal bracelets, preferably of pure silver. The Reptilians and Satan's angels hate metal, because it hurts them. Azazel's angels use metal as a weapon. So, keep it off your head. Wearing any metals as bracelets is better than not wearing any at all. 4. You’re free to ask people whether they’re Reptilian or not. If they lie, God will kill them. They know they have to tell the truth. Companies, stop hiring Reptilians, and get them out of government offices and Federal and State employment positions, such as in Education. Don’t let them be instructors or principals at all. They’ll abuse their powers. Most, if not all, of the Reptilians working in those positions have already caused major problems. When you hire them to work for your companies, they corrupt the products in their efforts to corrupt the customers. So, why hire them? They own Target and Uber. They can work there. Don’t shop at Target or use Uber anymore, fellow humans. There are other companies they own. Those are only two. You can ask God for more companies that are owned by them, if you want to.)

2. Block the force as much as possible, the force that's happening inside our brains and bodies. Block it by protecting your brain. [Option 1: Wear a tied ribbon or other non-stretchy fabric around your head. How To: Wrap a non-stretchy polyester ribbon or a strip of polyester fabric around your head and tie it, making a cast headband (much like something someone with a head injury would wear, except tying it as a half-knot and wrapping it around and then lastly tying a complete knot to secure it). If using a ribbon, it should be about 1” to 2” in width and long enough to wrap it around your head at least 3 or 4 times. You can wrap and wear more than one ribbon around your head, whatever works best for you. The strip of fabric can be larger in width, and then you would fold it in half or wrap it around your head as is. The ribbon or fabric strip should be taut, not stretchy. Otherwise, it will cut off circulation and hurt your head, leading to a massive headache and other problems. They can be of polyester or another synthetic fabric, but they must be taut, not stretchy at all. The ribbon(s) or fabric strip can be worn for a few hours at a time, or for however long you can stand to wear them. The ribbons or strip of fabric being tied around the head increases blood circulation in the brain and acts as a shield. You can also wear either a polyester hoodie or another polyester head covering in addition to that if you want to. Option 2: Instead of a polyester ribbon or fabric strip, you can wear a 100% polyester head tube/tube hat. Head tubes/tube hats are stretchy and are especially great to wear in the colder months. They should be lightweight and only slightly stretchy to avoid cutting off circulation. For the best protection from feeling the torment, you must wear the head tube/tube hat over the ears. Ribbons can be purchased at your local general store in the fabric or home décor section and also at fabric stores and craft stores. Head tubes/tube hats can be purchased from shops on Etsy and wherever else fashion items are sold. Option 3: Wear a 100% Polyester hoodie, being sure to cover also your ears. Option 4: Wear a 100% polyester scarf or fabric as a head wrap or head covering, being sure to cover also your ears for best results. Why Polyester? Polyester is a man-made fabric, and the angels don’t have the abilities to break through it so easily with their psychological abuses, with their mental torments.]

3. Hurt them with any and all the following: Old World foods/tropical foods, green supplements (green mixtures; to be mixed with water as a drink), olive leaf, grape leaf, olive oil, grape seed oil, rice bran oil, mushrooms, vitamin D, blackstrap molasses, honey, brewer’s yeast, coffee (Colombian; it’s the only one that’s currently protected; others provide only a mild effect), rooibos tea, seaweed (as a food or supplement), bone broth, apple cider vinegar (mixed with water; as a drink), lemon water, cucumber water, diatomaceous earth (mixed with water; as a drink), sardines (great source of Vitamin B12 and omega 3 fatty acids; they’re nutrient-dense), natural skincare and hair care moisturizers that contain lanolin and/or castor oil, metal jewelry (especially bracelets around the wrist and especially silver bracelets; avoid placing any metal on head because first faction angels/Azazel’s angels may weaponize it like radiation. Wearing two different types of metal bracelets together is best, due to the ionization that’s caused by the two metals), a watch with a metal backing (preferably of silver; best if turned around/placed on the opposite side, the backing placed onto the inside part of the wrist; it causes pressure/acupressure and the metal also hurts them), [if you don’t have a metal bracelet or a watch you can wear a phone charger cord wrapped around your wrist for the time being; just be sure to remove it before washing hands, bathing, washing dishes, etc., to avoid water contact because the metal and substances of the other components can leak due to water contact], gemstone jewelry, incandescent light bulbs, filtered water that’s filtered with a stone-based filtration system such as Brita, nature sounds, and metal-on-metal sounds [such as church bells ringing (most church bell sound videos on YouTube are corrupted), percussion instruments, wind chimes (most wind chime videos on YouTube are corrupted), and rain hitting the pavement, also rain on a tin roof]. Wear metals underneath your arms, in your armpits. Wearing a combination of metals is best, such as metal coins: nickels, pennies, dimes, quarters. With the metal coins, it’s especially the copper that hurts them, but wearing a combination of metals is best. Pennies are composed mostly of zinc and have some copper. Nickels, dimes, and quarters are composed mostly of copper and also have some nickel. Therefore, wear a combination of coins, but especially nickels, dimes, and/or quarters due to the large amounts of copper in them. To secure them underneath your arm pits, you can use a long strip of tape, such as duct tape or even medical-grade skin tape (such as a long bandaid). Place the coins in a row onto the tape, in the center, alternating them and leaving some of the tape on the ends blank so you can secure those sections onto your skin. Then, place the tape in your armpit, making sure the coins are touching your skin, and secure it in place. Repeat for the other armpit. The reason placing metal at the armpits works so well is because there are sweat glands there, making the areas more absorbent. That’s why aluminum deodorant worked so well for that (Jesus’s recommendation to the companies), but the angels removed it from the public with false reports and fear mongering (many of the deodorant brands now no longer using aluminum or nowhere near as much as they did before). Wearing metals on sensitive parts of the skin (such as in the armpits) increases ionization in the body. That makes it difficult for the Reptilians and aliens to be comfortable there, because it hurts them. It's therefore difficult for the angels to invade the brain and body to abuse us, but if you’ve eaten corrupt foods, they’ll invade and takeover no matter what. The angels hide inside the Reptilians and aliens, thinking Our Heavenly Father can't see them. The fact is, among other sources of evidence, He's also been tracking their DNA. (Notes: If you don’t have any metal coins, you can use instead metal jewelry items, such as necklace chains bundled up into a ball and sewn with thread or metal wire, being sure to leave much of the metal exposed. You can also use instead natural stones from outside as another option. Stones are the best because they contain a combination of metals and other compounds. Just make sure they're not sharp or that they at least have one smooth side on them. Wash (and dry) the coins and stones first before using them. You can just dry them with a cloth or paper towel. Warning: Do NOT eat metals. Non-food metals are toxic and therefore are harmful when ingested. Natural foods contain edible metals. Those are the only ones safe for human consumption. Beethoven’s death from nickel poisoning was the result of him having been keeping a nickel in his mouth as a coping mechanism against the abuses of the angels. Do NOT eat non-food metals. Food metals are of an ingestible composition, designed by God, specifically for that reason, as nutrients from natural foods. You can research to learn more about the metals in natural foods. Non-food metals generally aren't toxic when worn. Using a cast-iron skillet is okay; it’s not harmful (you can research it or ask God about it). Remember: Wearing either pure silver or a combination of metals is best for ionization.) [Most tropical foods are Old World foods. Consume a healthy diet from the main food groups. They hate beans, lentils, nuts, seeds, and whole grains the most because they have lots of minerals. They hate the oil seeds [sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc., and also nuts (almonds, Brazil nuts, pecans, walnuts, etc.)] not only because of the minerals, but also because plant fats circulate in the system for a longer time period than most other nutrients. They contain other nutrients also individually, along with fiber, overall all of their nutrient and health benefits for humans working against them. Eat those foods regularly, along with other natural foods. Deficiency of nutrients is used as a weapon. The angels are exploiting nutrient deficiencies. Be sure you're not deficient in any essential nutrients, because they use that as a weapon to try and hurt us. To avoid deficiency of nutrients, be sure to consume a variety of natural foods daily, from the main food groups. Overall, be sure you're not deficient in any essential nutrients because they'll use that as a weapon. You need calcium, iron, vitamin C especially from fruits, and several other essential nutrients, all of them from natural foods. If you're deficient in any of the essential nutrients, they'll use that deficiency somehow to try and hurt you. Therefore, be sure you’re not deficient in any of the essential nutrients. You need sunshine for Vitamin D, an essential nutrient. Vitamin D gummies are okay if you can't be outside enough. Vitamin D softgels (gelcaps) are also sufficient. Be sure the label reads “Vitamin D3” for the supplement, for both the gummies and softgels. Cod liver oil is the best vitamin D supplement. Take a Vitamin D supplement daily, usually only in the colder months, and also in the hotter months if you’re not getting enough sunshine. (In other words, sunshine is the best source of Vitamin D, but it’s okay to take either of those supplements for it if you’re not getting enough sunshine.) Vitamin D is crucial. The suffering will be far more if you’re deficient in Vitamin D, being that the first faction angels (Azazel’s angels) and also the demons are more comfortable in the brains and bodies of those who are deficient in Vitamin D, and being closer due to the deficiency they attack them horribly. Vitamin D hurts them a lot and therefore helps to keep them away. Therefore, be sure you’re getting enough Vitamin D. Vitamin D is stored in the liver. So, you just have to replenish if you’re deficient and then keep up your Vitamin D stores by continuing to take it regularly. Understand, all the essential nutrients are extremely important. So, be sure you’re obtaining them from the natural food sources and sunshine or a supplement for Vitamin D. Research “essential nutrients” so you understand them more. Be sure to get enough of all the essential nutrients through natural foods (consuming a healthy diet), and through sunshine for Vitamin D or by taking a Vitamin D supplement. If you need food assistance for yourself or for you and your family, apply for food benefits. God will help you to obtain them. The angels are driving people into extreme poverty, not only with the downtroddenness, but also with other injustices including the massive layoffs and the severely increased cost of living, while wages are remaining low (therefore requiring two or three jobs for each person); also factories being closed down or moved away, altogether leaving few jobs and very low to no income for the majority in the large population. They’re working through the Reptilians and other fascists, also the witches, to accomplish their evils. They’re using also corrupt companies (corrupt business owners who care only about money) to accomplish their evils. The Reptilians (working for the angels) are bribing them, and they’re accepting it, thereby selling out the humans. Aliens and hybrids are working for the angels too, to help destroy the humans, working for them in a similar way as the witches (such as by corrupting companies, destroying government processes, etc). That all makes it an extremely difficult time. So, if you need any financial assistance, apply for benefits, and God will help you to obtain them. In the meantime, if you’re in emergent need of healthy food, go to your local food banks to obtain food. You can call 211 for the locations of your local food banks. If you can afford to do so, be sure to give to your local food banks regularly, either food and/or monetary donations. Many individuals and families could use the help right now. Do not take synthetic vitamins. They're filled with toxins and possibly other corrupt substances. Overall, synthetic vitamins are bad, and they use them as a catalyst when trying to hurt humans. For example, they (synthetic vitamins) increase histamine levels, and they use that to hurt people (to hurt the humans). You can research about histamine to learn more. For the skincare and haircare moisturizers, use lanolin and/or castor oil, either alone or added to products. Lanolin is very thick. So, it's best to add it to products. You can combine either of those two items or both of them inside of a lotion or body butter/hair butter. Make sure the products you add them to are not corrupted; they should be pure. From Nature with Love is God-approved. You can find already-made products there and also ingredients to make your own products. Burt's Bees is also God-approved. IHerb is an approved store, but you must ask God about the individual products before purchasing. Warning/Caution: Castor oil is quite strong with potent nutrients, and it gets absorbed quickly into the scalp and into the bloodstream. So, don’t place any castor oil at all in babies’ hair. Lanolin is generally okay, but some individuals may be allergic to it. Do a patch test before placing a large quantity of lanolin onto your skin or hair. It’s always best to research the ingredients of products before using them. Please be sure to always research any recommended products before using them, and what is good for adults may not necessarily be good for younger children and pregnant women. Be sure to also read the labels, checking for any warnings about the product and the ingredients. The recommended products are generally okay for most people. Just be sure to always do your research before consuming or using any of the recommended products.]

4. Live in the mountains, due to the ionization. The mountains are full of metals and that causes lots of ionization. It's like electricity to them. It hurts them. Therefore, they avoid going there. No matter where you go, aim to live in a mountain town (in a mountainous region of that land).

5. Most importantly, hurt them with the Word, the scriptures of the Holy Bible. Read the Bible so you understand who God is, and use the scriptures to hurt the angels with the truth. .

Other Methods: Please understand there are more methods for preventing and alleviating the suffering: wearing aluminum deodorant, silver caps on teeth, using a cast-iron skillet, and more. We were lied to about aluminum deodorant. Jesus had encouraged the companies to put aluminum in the deodorant as a way to help us, to prepare us for these sufferings. False reports were made, and aluminum was removed. Metal caps on teeth and metal fillings in teeth were also okay. If you can wear a silver cap on your teeth, that’d be the best sort of metal. You can ask Jesus to confirm all this.

Natural Drugs: Cannabis is okay, but avoid smoking hybrids. They're toxic. They're diluted and therefore cause the person to smoke far more, therefore leading to guaranteed lung cancer and/or other lung problems. Hybrids are also chemical combinations that are unstable for long-term safety, their long-term effects unknown and are very likely to behave like poisons when too much of them is consumed in the short term (overdosing and getting poisoned) and also over time. Some person have reported going to the hospital after consuming too much cannabis. That’s an indication of having consumed hybrids, which require larger doses, not the original singular strains. If taking cannabis, consume only the singular strains: either Indica or Sativa. Smoke in moderation only, and edibles are okay. Just be sure the edibles are of a singular strain. There’s only Indica and Sativa, both of them pure and simple. It's best to make the edibles yourself, to be on the safe side, unless the brand is God-approved. Tobacco is okay too, pure tobacco only. Packaged cigarettes are poisonous, containing not only corrupted tobacco but also other toxic substances. Therefore, if you do smoke tobacco, make sure it's pure tobacco only. Ask God if the tobacco brand is okay before purchasing. Columbian coffee is the only coffee that's protected. Coffee is generally good and helps with increasing dopamine levels to get the brain going and also with disassociation, so we don't feel much of the stress, and only that one, Columbian coffee is being protected by God. The angels are overpowering other coffees, that's why the caffeine in them is no longer working. Make sure the coffee is genuinely 100% Columbian, not just saying so on the label. Otherwise, you won't feel its effects at all. For extra minerals, use raw sugar in your coffee instead of regular sugar. Save some coffee for the evening. You might need it. Do not take any synthetic drugs/uncontrolled substances. Taking synthetic drugs is one of the fastest and easiest ways for the angels to destroy the humans. Synthetic drugs cause addiction, and they damage the human body, along with the lives of humans overall. Do not use cocaine. Cocaine is not natural. They use it to kill people by destroying them. It is not the same as the simple plant (the coca plant), and it damages the brain. Don't use cocaine at all. Be cautious with alcohol. Do not use it to self-medicate, but once a day is okay if it's pure and you don't have an alcohol addiction problem. Overall, in terms of alcohol, drinking a pure alcohol drink once a day is okay, such as wine, or gin or vodka mixed with orange juice. Only one drink a day. One serving of alcohol a day in moderation is acceptable (if at a social party or another gathering, then a bit more is fine, only rarely, and drink responsibly). Completely avoid ever being drunk at all. They inhabit drunk people; that’s what “blacking out” is. Don't drink whiskey or any other toxic alcohols; they're impure. Avoid most beers these days also, because they're being poisoned, especially those from the stores of poorer neighborhoods. They’re purposely poisoning them for those neighborhoods, even major brands such as Heineken. The bitterness of beer makes it difficult to spot the poisonous additions. You just feel a massive headache upon drinking it, and that’s how you might know for sure. The long-term effects (occurring sooner rather than later), one can only imagine, very likely a sooner death for the consumers. Ask God before buying any alcohol at all. Focus on purity and moderation with the natural drugs/intoxicants if you take any of them. The acceptable ones are the following: Columbian coffee (okay to drink a few cups a day), cannabis (singular strain only: Indica or Sativa), tobacco (pure tobacco only), and pure alcohol (one serving total per day of the pure alcohol options: wine, rice wine, gin, or vodka. You can mix gin or vodka with juice). Warnings/Precautions: Of course don’t drink any alcohol if you’re pregnant, unless your doctor or God says it’s okay to drink a small amount of red wine. Otherwise, if pregnant, don’t drink any alcohol at all. Don’t drink a bunch of coffee either if pregnant, and don’t smoke at all. Do not drink alcohol if you have an alcohol dependency problem. Try the other natural options instead, if at all. Overall, be cautious about what substances you consume and/or use. Natural foods are essential for obtaining the essential nutrients. If you consume any natural drugs, be sure you're also consuming a variety of natural foods regularly, so you’re obtaining the essential nutrients and also the other benefits from consuming them. .

Follow these methods for guarding yourselves against the torments of the angels. They're trying to hurt all of us Humans. These methods were put in place by God and are helpful for us.

Important: Many of our youth are becoming homeless, with some living in storage units. Please let them know they must apply for benefits, and God will help them. There are videos on YouTube about homeless young adults who are trying to survive. You can post comments to let them know to apply for benefits, and you can find other ways to tell them. Call local youth centers to inform them, and tell the youth to visit there for any help at all. Please understand this is crucial. Be a voice for them. Tell also your local Representatives that they must help the youth by providing youth shelters, food benefits, and also medical benefits for them. Closed down factories and other buildings can be turned into shelters. Tell your Representatives. Demand that they complete these important tasks of helping the youth with the essentials of living life. Request these solutions from them, and continue to request them. Write to them, to your local Representatives and other Elected Officials of government, demanding these solutions and protections from them for our youth and also others (many persons are facing homelessness). Continue to request these essential solutions from the Representatives until it's all been accomplished, until the protective solutions have been officially put into place and our youth are safe and protected from any direct harm and the other sufferings of extreme poverty and oppression. (The angels and Reptilians are after them, to drive them to their deaths with extreme poverty. We must protect them!!!!)
