Those listed are all approved brands and/or stores. Just be sure to ask God (Jesus) before purchasing anything, every time. More brands and stores will be listed over time. There are other individual products, depending on where you shop for groceries. Just be sure to ask God before purchasing any food items at all (until you know for sure what food items are continuously approved by Him). We must also ask Him before purchasing any skincare and haircare products because they’re absorbed into the body when applied, and they, too, are being corrupted. [Note: Listen, I say ask Jesus, because if you’ve been following along, you’ll understand that Jesus is Our Leader, and the angels get angry when they think Our Heavenly Father is helping us to win and them to lose. They get upset when they think He’s favoring us over them. Okay? So, you can pray to Our Heavenly Father in Jesus’s name to ask Him, but Jesus is the one who will likely answer you. In other words, the angels are jealous and think of us (humans) as a major threat. Therefore, there are precautions put into place. The point is, ask God before purchasing any items of consumption, whether it be food or natural skincare and haircare products.]

Do not buy from MountainRoseHerbs. They corrupt their products. Mentioned because it's well-known. Do not buy from Whole Foods Market. They’re owned by Reptilians. Therefore, most, if not all, the food products sold there are corrupted. The few brands there that aren’t yet corrupted, they’ll eventually ask them to add something to their product in order for it to be sold in their stores. This is the trajectory they’re on with owning stores. Target is also owned by Reptilians. Do not purchase any food products from Target. I recommend not shopping there at all. The graphic t-shirts look odd (Reptilian imagery on at least some of them), the plastic food containers may be toxic; it’s difficult to know for sure. Therefore, just avoid shopping at Target altogether. Don’t purchase or consume foods from meal kits. Most, if not all, the meal kit companies are owned by Reptilians. Don't purchase food from Amazon at all. They corrupt their shipments, even placing bugs into packages and into the food products (including actual brands’ products). For online orders, always record opening your delivered packages. These are the times. Be extra cautious.

Listen, DO NOT eat corrupt foods. It's been said many times. Reptilians will possess you if you do, and will make you do evil things. Reptilians are possessed by the angels. The angels hate all the humans and are trying to get them destroyed by corrupting them, just like before The Great Flood.

Unfortunately, terribly so, many messages were deleted by Mastodon (on the accounts over there). They even deleted the two accounts (one with over 110 posts). I’ve reposted some of the information onto the Bluesky account. I’m also reposting some of the information onto this blog. Beyond that, God will tell you the rest. You better listen.
